After entering our thirties, it became obvious to us that the best way to lead a healthy lifestyle was to get into triathlons. The training is varied, the races are fun, and the people are wonderful.
Since the beginning of our journey, we have taken part in numerous events from Sprint distance to Full distance Ironman races, and we've loved (almost) every second!
We have found that when training for a triathlon at any level, a good programme is instrumental in helping you get the most out of yourself and your event. The trouble is, programmes tend to be expensive, and there is such a wealth of information on the internet that it can sometimes be difficult to know where to look.
These are the reasons that we created Tri Plans, with the aim of providing high quality programmes at a price that isn't off-putting, as well as providing free resources and opinion pieces that will help you on your journey, at any level.
